To ensure that you are always getting the best deal, Govino Bay guarantees that the room rates on our website are the lowest publicly available on the internet. Within 24 hours of making a booking at our lowest Room Rate on this website, if you do find a publicly available room rate on another website that is lower than your booking, Govino Bay will honour that lower rate, plus give you a further 10% discount of the lower rate.
Terms & Conditions
Claim must be made within 24 hours of confirmed reservation booked online on www.govinobay.gr. Both the original Govino Bay online booking room rate and the competing rate must be room only without inclusions like meals, transportation, other services etc. The competing rate must be available for booking with the exact matching booking requirements as the original Govino Bay online booking, i.e. same number of guests, same room type, same arrival and departure dates.
This guarantee does not apply to:
- Opaque or auction sites where the hotel brand and or the specific is not known until booking is finalized. Examples of these types of sites include but are not limited to Priceline and Hotwire.
- Websites that "package" travel, entertainment. Hotel and/or food components such as airfare and hotel stay, hotel stay and car rental, hotel stay and restaurant voucher etc.
- Packaged rates that include taxes, service charges, meals, services or other amenities.
- Unpublished, negotiated rates with corporations, travel agencies, groups or other rates specially agreed upon Govino Bay.
This guarantee applies to the room rate for the duration of the reservation and does not apply to guest incidental charges, and any other fees or charges that may be incurred during the guest's stay.
Govino Bay has the sole right and discretion to determine the validity of any claim, including without limitation, determining that the Competing Rate is genuinely available and that the claim meets all terms and conditions. In case of dispute, Govino Bay's decision is final.
