Apart from the regular refurbishments that take place, much of Govino Bay hotel’s success can be attributed to its dedicated staff, many of whom continue to work with us since the beginning in 1992.
Since 2007 the Govino Bay is certified with ISO 9001:2000, conforming to the Quality System Standard for Hosting Services and Apartments. Our personnel receive regular training through seminars in order to meet the necessary quality procedures and actions.
